How to use me:

If you have long hair, put it up in a tight bun.  Start by tilting your head forward, take the back of your shower cap and put it on the nape of your neck.  Stretch the sides of the shower cap over your ears and just past where the hairline ends on your forehead.  After that, tuck any stray hairs that are sticking out into the shower cap.

How to take care of me:

Mix warm water and mild liquid detergent in a bowl, small basin or sink.  Turn the shower cap inside out and submerge it in the solution.  Rinse the cap thoroughly and allow to air dry.
