What is it
Provides 25mg of elemental Zinc which contributes to normal cognitive and immune system function, the maintenance of normal skin, hair and nails and vision. Zinc is also needed for DNA synthesis, cell division, protection of DNA, proteins and lipids from oxidative stress. Zinc also contributes to normal fertility and reproduction in both males and females.

Dosage
Adults: Take ONE tablet daily with the main meal of the day or as directed by your health professional.

Warnings & Cautions
Do not exceed recommended dosage. Store at ambient temperature below 25°C, out of direct sunlight. Keep out of reach of children. A supplement is not a replacement for a healthy diet.
