Vicks Vaporub - 50g

What is it
Vicks® VapoRub is an ointment that can help to relieve a blocked nose, congestion, sore throat and coughs due to colds. Contains levomenthol, camphor, eucalyptus oil and turpentine oil.

Dosage
Adults:
Rub Vicks® VapoRub liberally on the chest, throat and back. Rub in well over the whole area and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
Can be repeated 2-4 times a day as needed.
Or:
Place hot (not boiling) water in a suitable bowl for inhalation.
Melt two 5ml spoons of VapoRub into the bowl of hot water and inhale the vapours. Keep sufficient distance to avoid burning the face.
Children (over 2 years): (Always supervise children)
Apply lightly to chest and back. Rub gently and leave clothes loose for easy inhalation.
Can be repeated 2-4 times a day as needed.

Do not use boiling water to prepare inhalations.
