What is it
Seven Seas Cod Liver Oil contains omega-3 which supports normal heart function and helps to maintain normal vision and brain function. The presence of vitamin A helps to maintain normal skin while vitamin D helps to maintain normal bones and teeth and supports normal muscle function. The vitamin E helps protect cells against oxidative stress. Seven Seas also contains the nutrients EPA and DHA which make an important contribution to good health.

Dosage
Two 5ml teaspoons daily.
Do not exceed the recommended dosage.
