Ferrograd C 325mg/500mg Tablets - 30 Pack

What is it
Ferrograd C Tablets contain iron and vitamin C. They are for the prevention and treatment of iron deficiency anaemia- and for the simultaneous treatment of vitamin C deficiency. The normal diet usually provides adequate iron for the average person. If the balance is disturbed by poor diet- failure of absorption- or excessive loss (e.g. through menstruation) an iron deficient state develops. Ferrograd C’s prolonged release action means that one tablet a day allows release of the iron over several hours and reduces the liklihood of unpleasant side-effects such as stomach upset.

Dosage
For Oral Administration Only. Each tablet must be swallowed whole.
Recommended dosage for adults and children over 12 years: One tablet daily before food or as directed by the physician.
Do not exceed the stated dose. Not recommended for children under 12 years of age.

Ingredients
Each tablet contain: Dried Ferrous Sulphate 325mg (equivalent to 105mg element iron) in a controlled release Gradumet.
