Directions:

Adults take one to two 5ml spoonfuls twenty minutes to one hour after meals and at bedtime as required or as directed by your doctor.

Do not take more than sixteen 5ml spoonfuls in a 24hour period or use the maximum dosage for more than two weeks, except under the direction of your doctor.
